NVUG Officers and Executive

The NVUG is governed by the National Panel, with day-to-day management being by the Executive and its Officers. The whole National Panel meets at least twice a year, and the Executive meets more frequently.

The NVUG constitution provides for annual elections on a three yearly rotational basis for Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary, and on a two-yearly rotational basis for other Panel members.

These elections are open to all members. Nomination papers are sent to all members in September each year, elections (when needed) are held in October and the results of the elections (or unopposed nominations) are announced at the Annual General Meeting, which is held at the National Conference in November each year.
