Summary Care Records errors - RESOLVED

BT Spine restarted a number of application servers to resolve the issue. We have received the following notification from CfH of errors on the SCR service: INCIDENT REFERENCE: BT Spine - 205819 CFH / LOCAL SD REF - N/A LOCATION: National SCR Users DESCRIPTION: Access issues and errors in SCR. SERVICE: SCR USER IMPACT: This is causing delays to routine business processes. ACTION BEING TAKEN: BT Spine Investigating. NEXT UPDATE  11:45
New v22 Guidelines available for download

The nGMS Quality Outcome Framework for 2012-13 is published with v22 of the Business Rules and INPS have rewritten the Guidelines to match. The guidelines can be downloaded from the Guideline tab of the My Vision web page or from here. The audits to match the v22 Business Rules are in testing at the moment and should be available for release as soon as we have passed conformance at the end of May.
Potential Display Issue When Cancelling EPS2 Scripts

We have found a potential issue that affects the display of cancellation of EPS2 scripts. If a user cancels a prescription item in a certain way the system will appear to cancel all the items on the same prescription and not just one. Please read the explanation of the issue in this link, and ensure that all revelant staff members are aware of this issue. Please note that in ALL circumstances both the record on the EPS Spine and the patient therapy record are always correct. This problem only affects the display in Prescription Manager. INPS are working on a solution to this problem.
