In 'System Constants' in Appointments there should be a few more fields available, especially "mobile" and "email". This would be useful for receptionists who could quickly add or amend the details. It should be possible to choose a few fields rather than just one.

It is difficuilt to see how compliant a patient is being with their repeat medication. The repeat screen (as well as the excellent suggestion of having a Read coded entry as to why the drug was started in the first place) should have some indication of whether a drug is being over or under ordered. This should also be searchable to be able to easily identify problem patients.

Reminders - (Yellow post it notes) should be searchable and also should be able to be incorporated into printed reports such as encounter forms.

Two things:
1) There could be more merge fields for templates for example to pick up mobile number and email address.
2) There should be a link from an email address so that when you click it takes you to nhs.net (or at least some other email client)

The adding of drug allergies and interactions needs sorting out. Ths SDA gives a form with a pick list with (by my estimation) about 2000 terms. Unsuprisingly I cannot get my staff to scroll down this list to find the correct code for the drug so the majority stick with the default "H/O drug allergy", which isn't at all helpful and probably unsafe when transferred to other practices.

it would be helpful if we could quickly select (by hot key) a Vision screen view that strips out the identifier strip at the top in order to quickly anonymise the record for all those external observation visits we now have, requiring a look at individual records: QOF validation (pre and post), appraisal, external peer review , prescribing visits etc - would save messing around with bits of tape or different screen resolutions and scrolling in a rather hit and miss fashion.

I would like a read coded indication for every repeat prescription master - it is often difficult to see why things were started many years ago and so if the indications are still valid and it would nicely link repeat masters to indications for QOF for those who prefer not to use Problems and for IG in general (and if printed on the repeat master list, useful for patients and other doctors elsewhere reading it, confientiality notwithstanding).

When looking at any entry (including drugs) it would be helpful to know - perhaps by icon or text colour - if an entry is problem orientated, and that the text of the problem title appear if you hover over that entry.

Re the printout of Guideline Reports: we can specify the font size [etc] for most parts of the report, but, annoyingly, not the font size for printing the content of consultations. Please could this be fixed?
[At present it looks naff when I print out for neighbouring practice my consultations for them on cross-cover afternoons..]
